ELMASRY SPECIALITY project (2016) is a project that we did all the HVAC & Firefighting
works on it, in the following is a brief about some of the works that we did…

HVAC SYSTEM:

– Supply & Install AHU units complete with hook up, filters valves “Crane” Seamless S40
pipes drains electric panel, thermostat & all required acc.
– Supply & Install FCU units complete with hook up, filters valves “Crane” Seamless S40
pipes drains electric panel, thermostat & all required acc.
– Supply & install acoustic lining inside the ducts 10mm arma flex.
– Supply & install internal duct insulation 1″ thickness, 24 kg/m density.
– Supply & Install the Outlets, Volume dampers, Smoke damper, Fire damper
– Supply & install galvanized duct sheet metal ductwork for the Air Conditioning
distribution and Fresh air complete with supports hangs sleeves extractors and all
accessories.
– Supply & install chuting raiser for waste medical materials made of galvanized sheet
metal

FIREFIGHTING SYSTEM::

– Supply & Install the firefighting system complete with sprinklers and seamless pipes
S40.
-Supply & Install the fire alarm system SIMENES complete with the control panel and
Smoke & Heat detectors needed.
